Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding six (6) months, or $250, whichever is greater.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if we believe:

  • You pose a security risk
  • You misuse the Services

Upon termination:

  • All rights granted to you will cease
  • You must discontinue use of the Services

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and liability limitations survive termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
